Davido Is Wiser Than All Those Who Gave Him Money- Reno Omokri Says
Reno Omokri, former special assistant to Nigeria's former President, Goodluck Jonathan, has stated that popular Nigerian singer, Davido, is wiser than those who gave him money.
The human rights activist, said this while reacting to the singer’s donation of N250m to orphanages across Nigeria, after fans and colleagues gifted him over N200m for his birthday only.
Popular Nigerian-American singer, David Adedeji Adeleke, professionally known as Davido, on Wednesday asked his friends and fans to donate N1m each to him for his birthday.
After the successful huge contribution, the singer said to have decided to give the whole money to orphanages across Nigeria and an additional 50million naira which he added making it a total amount of 250,000,000 million naira.
He also has set up a committee to run the smooth distribution of the money.
So, Reno reacting to Davido's N250m donation, he took to his official Instagram page, saying, “Davido is much wiser than all those who gave him money for his birthday.
“He understands the spiritual realm and the ways of God. He has secured a soft spot in the Heart of the Creator, by virtue of James 1:27. I commend him.
The 47 year old Omokri also added that Davido has a 'Heart of gold."
