Justice Tanko Muhammad resignation was due to ill-health.
Report also had it that Tanko Muhammad, who has served as Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria since 2005 and was appointed Chief Justice of Nigeria in 2019, resigned yesterday June 26th, 2022.
"A proper and formal announcement regarding his resignation will be made today," report said.
