Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye, known professionally as Rudeboy has advised Nigerians on the importance of being a landlord or landlady.

Paul Okoye of the defunct musical group, Psquare in his lastest insta-story adviced people to work so hard in order to acquire or build at least a house of their own.

He emphasized that the location of the house doesn't matter. That they should work so hard so that they can avoid paying rent, that the ability to avoid paying rent is a lifetime freedom.

According to the singer, the fear of landlords is the beginning of disrespect and see-finish.

The music star also noted that having your own house will be the beginning of your financial freedom.
